En nuestro centro de entrenamiento personal  trabajaremos tanto la t\u00e9cnica de carrera espec\u00edfica como los mejores ejercicios de fuerza para llevar a cabo esa mejora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mejor velocidad de carrera. Ya que a la misa velocidad, generar\u00e1s menos fatiga. El sistema nervioso central a velocidades bajas, no necesita enviar tantos impulsos a esas fibras. Lo que agradecer\u00e1s al final de carrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mejorar\u00e1s la calidad de los entrenamientos. Un aspecto fundamental es que la preparaci\u00f3n de fuerza espec\u00edfica har\u00e1s que la recuperaci\u00f3n de los entrenamientos sea mejor. Estar\u00e1s en mejores condiciones en el siguiente entrenamiento. Menos fatiga y m\u00e1s calidad en cada entrenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mejora de la fuerza muscular local. Lo que te ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar tus ritmos en las subidas y bajadas. La fuerza que obtendr\u00e1s te permitir\u00e1 ir m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido cuando el terreno se complique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Mejora de la coordinaci\u00f3n intramuscular. Este es uno de los aspectos claves. Imag\u00ednate que tus fibras musculares son como una orquesta. Pues antes del trabajo de fuerza ideal, cada una toca una canci\u00f3n distinta. Si las sincronizas con el entrenamiento adecuado, todas tocar\u00e1n la misma, y aplicar\u00e1n la fuerza de manera sincronizada. \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1Vaya ventaja!!!
