El surf requiere un nivel de fuerza elevado, equilibrio y resistencia, y si no est\u00e1s preparado f\u00edsicamente de manera espec\u00edfica, tu nivel t\u00e9cnico se ver\u00e1 resentido. De nada sirve trabajar, pero tener una gran rigidez.
